The door leaf is 40 mm thick with a 1.0 mm-thick steel plate, made of high-quality double-sided electrogalvanized cold-rolled steel plates produced by Baosteel.
The door panel has inward-folded edges for finishing.
It is internally filled with imported high-strength honeycomb paperboard, which is fully bonded to the steel plate, providing strong impact resistance.
Door Frame
It is formed by bending a 2.0 mm-thick high-quality galvanized steel plate at one time using special equipment.
With inward-folded edge finishing, it is equipped with connecting corners inside and connected by screws.
There are three "R"-shaped sealing grooves on the inner side of the door frame, inlaid with PVC sealing strips to achieve the best sealing and sound insulation effect between the door leaf and the door frame, and they are easy to replace.
Surface
It is electrostatic powder-coated, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. All surfaces of the door panel are smooth and flat, without welding points, weld seams, or screws.
